Our center, housed within the lower level of First Lutheran Church in Janesville, Wisconsin was devastated by flooding on April 17th, 2026. Nearly 5 feet of water caused catastrophic damage to our classrooms and materials after 30 years of serving local families. We are currently closed and working toward cleanup and recovery, but the road ahead is significant.

Child's First is excited to offer a 4-year-old kindergarten program for all children who are 4 years old on or before September 1 of that enrollment year.
Our Approach
Child' s First prides itself in providing quality care for the children at our center through everyday interactions and teaching moments. Following a play-based curriculum, children are allowed to learn and grow at their own pace, participating in activities that interest the individual child.
